PV Mayor Vernon Parker Gains Major Conservative Endorsement from former Congressman Matt Salmon

Vernon Parker Endorsed by Former GOP Chairman and Congressman Matt Salmon;
List of Conservative Leaders Behind Parker Grows

PHOENIX, AZ. March 16, 2010. He kept his word to leave Washington when promised. Now Matt Salmon is putting his good name behindParadise Valley Mayor Vernon Parker, endorsing his campaign to represent Arizona’s Third District in Congress.

“Vernon has a history that shows his determination to succeed.  Clearly, our country needs somebody who can stop the out of control spending and help return Washington to some sort of sanity,” said Salmon.  “I know that Vernon Parker is that kind of inspirational individual,” concluded Salmon.

Parker now serves as the Mayor of Paradise Valley.

“Matt has been one of the most influential conservative leaders for Arizona over the past two decades. He is a friend and a mentor, and I look forward to campaigning with him as we talk to the voters of this great state about restoring faith in America,” said Parker.

Parker has also been endorsed by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Phoenix City Councilman Sal DiCiccio among many others.
