Join AFP Arizona and thousands of Arizona taxpayers and tea partiers for the Tax Day Tea Party at Diablo Stadium in Tempe on Thursday, April 15, from 6:00 to 8:30 pm (next to I-10, just south of the Broadway Curve). Come early to get the best seats and to meet candidates and representatives from pro-taxpayer organizations. The stadium seats 9,000 and there is plenty of extra room on the grassy hill on the north side of the ballpark—so bring the whole family!
Confirmed speakers and program features for this FREE event include:
• Emcee/speaker James T. Harris
• KFYI 550 radio hosts Mike Broomhead and Terry Gilberg
• Former NM governor and champion fiscal conservative Gary Johnson
• Former CO congressman Tom Tancredo
• Video presentations of local Tea Party events and recognition of local Tea Party groups and leaders from around the state.
• Dozens of candidate and organization tables on the stadium’s north patio
• Video ACTION ALERTS for our fight against Big Government in the Age of Obama
• Ballpark food and refreshments provided by Diablo Stadium (bring a little cash!)
We will begin sending registration emails early next week.
AFP Arizona will be hosting candidate and organization information tables on the north pavilion/patio area. Table set-up begins at 4:30 pm. There will be a $40 registration fee per candidate/organization. Contact me at tjenney@afphq.org to register. General admission for individuals and families is FREE (what the economists call “unpriced”).
