Jon Stewart's Daily Show documents McCain's flip-flops in "Say Anything" episode

Jon Stewart of the Daily Show ran a segment featuring clips of McCain saying one thing on an issue, then saying just the opposite in a different clip. Such as McCain criticizing the Reagan tax cuts, saying we need to pay more in taxes, vs. McCain criticizing Obama for increasing taxes - now that he has a conservative challenger in the Republican primary. Stewart said McCain hasn't totally lost his soul with the constant flip-flopping, he's just shaving off little parts of it. Stewart was especially surprised by McCain's latest declaration that he's "never considered himself a maverick." Stewart said that would be analogous to Rudy Giuliani saying "I've never mentioned 9-11" or the I Can't Believe it's Not Butter product claiming "I never believed I was butter."
