Federalist Society Cap and Trade Lunch

The Federalist Society Phoenix Lawyer's Chapter
is pleased to present:
Cap and Trade Lunch
Featuring:  H. Sterling Burnett
Mr. Burnett will discuss the politics and economics behind cap and trade, why it is the preferred policy option, why it has to cost more than the current administration will admit, and what any cap-and-trade plans prospects are both prospects for being enacted and prospects for success in staving off global climate change.
