Bill Gates is running for re-election as District 3 Representative. Recently, he edged out some top contenders to replace Councilwoman Maria Baier as the representative for District 3, a widely-diverse district stretching from the Black Canyon Highway to 64th Street, and Bell Road to Northern Avenue. While committed to providing District 3 residents the best constituent service from the City of Phoenix, Bill’s primary goals for representing District 3 are economic development, fighting blight and improved public safety. "I believe, on the council, I could build on that already strong relationship [that the City] has built with state government, and take that to the next level." Gates is dedicated to the broader community and in touch with District 3, where he has lived for the last 13 years.
Individuals may contribute $410, and couples may contribute $820. However, any generous amount would be greatly appreciated. Please make checks payable to “Friends of Bill Gates.” Corporate contributions are prohibited. Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes.
