Arizona Senator John McCain is an almost exact duplicate of Nevada Senator Harry Reid. Out of touch, no real campaign platform except trashing their opponent and spending like there is no tomorrow.
What’s that old saying? If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with special interest campaign contributions!! McCain helped get Obama elected and now, like Harry Reid, he wants to keep the job he has had for far too long.
So how does he do it? Not by talking about solutions to the issues. Not by being real, down to earth and honest. No, he does it the Democratic Party way… Spend, spend, spend on negative campaign ads. In his case, $15 million so far this year.
This is one of those questions that answer themselves. Washington and those in power, are having a hard time figuring out that spending other peoples money is not the solution to the problem. You can tell they have no clue because they are spending millions of dollars in order to have a job that pays less than $200,000 a year.
In the real world, that would be called a bad investment.
