Redstate has an article about the resolutions that were adopted here, and the results of the straw poll are here. The results were a resounding victory for conservatives, with Andrew Thomas beating Tom Horne for Attorney General by more than a 2-to-1 margin. JD Hayworth beat McCain for US Senate by more than a 6-to-1 margin, even with two other conservative candidates in the race. Will next weekend's statewide Republican meeting have similar results?

This is all just silliness. The "straw poll" was only 228 of the 1600 PCs at the meeting. You had to pay to vote since it was a fundraiser. And everyone knows that Pullen and Haney would use the money to fight against McCain, and for Hayworth, so why would a McCain supporter give their money to fight against themselves? The answer, they obviously, largely, didn't.
