AFP issues Reform Plan to fix the Napolitano Deficit

Dear Arizona Taxpayer:

Arizona government is facing the most severe fiscal crisis in state history, and in proportional terms, we face the biggest budget deficit in the nation. To address that crisis, which we are calling the Napolitano Deficit, we have put forth a Reform Arizona Plan for Fiscal Years 2009 and 2010.

In a memo delivered earlier today to the Legislature and to Gov. Brewer’s transition team, we outlined how the elements of the Reform Arizona Plan will be scored on AFP Arizona’s 2009 Legislative Scorecard. You can use this URL to read the memo:
