Editorial note - the police union endorsement speaks volumes. It's one thing to to get the liberal desk chiefs. But to get the endorsement of the police officers who work the streets tells you a lot about a candidate.

PHOENIX, Ariz. February 22, 2010. Conservative challenger JD Hayworth will hold his first press conference since announcing his run to replace 24-year incumbent John McCain in the U.S. Senate.  The news conference will take place Today, February 22 at 11 a.m. in downtown Phoenix.
The beginning of the event will be reserved to announce a major endorsement of Hayworth’s campaign. Hayworth will then be available to answer questions from the press.
When: Today. Monday, February 22, 2010, 11 a.m.
Where: Phoenix Law Enforcement Association Office, 1102 West Adams Street in Phoenix
