Thomas interview with AZ Republic on requesting mediation with the Board of Supervisors

Thomas explains why he's asking for mediation, instead of suing the Board of Supervisors over everything. Some excerpts -

Q: You fought bitterly to prosecute Stapley and investigate the $340 million court tower being built by the county. Why would you pull out of those cases?

A: I just looked at the totality of the situation and decided that somebody in Maricopa County government needed to step forward and try to bring the infighting to an end, if possible.

Q: What are your issues with the proposed court tower?

A: The public deserves to hear answers as to how and why over $340 million is being spent in cash on a court tower in the middle of the worst recession since I was in high school.
