Help out Russell Pearce now with a contribution!

Friend: This is it. The election is now only days away and public opinion polls show this to be a very close race. We’ve learned a great deal since our opponents have filed their financial disclosures. The source of their funding comes from the most far-left, liberal organizations across the country. Here’s just a sampling of the hundreds of thousands of dollars that have poured into my district to remove me from office: MoveOn.org, AFL-CIO, SEIU, Common Cause, Progressive Democrats of Arizona, the National Education Association, several Democrat Party committees in Arizona, trial lawyers, immigration attorneys and other left-wing groups. One organization is airing nasty attack ads against me but won’t disclose who they are or where their money is coming from. This has prompted an investigation by our state’s Attorney General. Our campaign is aggressively defending my record against these attacks, but we must reach enough voters in these closing days to make sure those undecided voters wake up and get to the polls. I really hate to come to you again for support, but I know you’ve come this far with me. Can you dig deep and make just ONE MORE contribution to my campaign today? If these groups are successful in removing me from office, they’re going to use this as a model to target conservatives across the country. In fact, just this past Tuesday, the Arizona Democrat Party threatened to recall four other conservative Senators if they cast a vote that the Democrats disagreed with. Do you now see the danger that this type of political gamesmanship represents? The thousands of dollars they’re spending against me distort my record in an effort to back my opponent, a “Republican." Why would these left-wing groups support a Republican for office? Easy. He’s running on their agenda: He opposes SB1070, Arizona’s tough illegal immigration law, compared 2011 Arizona to 1964 Alabama, and he supports giving your tax dollars to illegal aliens so they can attend college! My friends, he is the choice of the Democrat Party. The ultra-liberal Progressive Democrats of Arizona have hosted events for him. He’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing and he must be defeated. Our campaign launched a new ad this week that outlines where my opponents’ money is coming from. These groups do not align with our values. But as you know, television ads are costly but they’re the most effective way to get our message out. I won’t let the constituents that I have honorably served be deceived. Will you help me keep my ad on the air through Election Day? Will you help me defeat him? I know I’ve asked for a lot but I must have the necessary resources to defend my record. We cannot allow their vicious lies and personal attacks to go unanswered. If we do, we lose. It’s just that simple. I’m reaching out to you because I desperately need your support - again. Will you stand with me to stop this recall? I know that if I don’t ask you for support one more time, these groups could very well be successful in removing me from office and changing the course of our state and our country. We cannot let them get away with it. I have to rely on the contributions and prayers of thousands of likeminded Americans like you, in the hope that you care enough about the values we share to contribute to the effort. I simply cannot compete with the local and national media and the nearly $250,000 (so far!) from my opponents that distort my record and the job I’m doing to protect this country. The time is now. We must reach enough voters over the next four days and turn them out to vote. My opponents have hundreds of thousands of dollars more to spend and we must be competitive.
