As many of you know, the campaign for Phoenix City Council District 1 has heated up over the past two weeks. My opponent and her supporters have realized what we have known for 6 months--people are tired of the Politics as Usual mentality that has gripped our city government. Thelda and the political establishment are dumping money into the race. That is why I need your help to do what her money can't--reach voters one on one!
We are walking neighborhoods tomorrow beginning at 9:30 AM at the Bagel Gourmet. The restaurant is on Bell Rd just west of the I-17 in the Fry's parking lot. We need every volunteer that can come! Early ballots are in hand and this is our very best opportunity to connect with people before they mark their ballots and send it in. Please let your neighbors, coworkers, family, and friends know to come on out for just a couple of hours to help win this election!

Congressman Trent Franks Endorses Eric Frederick
This past Monday, US Congressman Trent Franks endorsed Eric Frederick in his City Council Election race. Congressman Franks said, "Phoenix desperately needs a leader like Eric Frederick that will reform the way the City does business. His values and strong business knowledge will allow him to fight for the residents of Phoenix."
Eric Frederick responded by saying, "Congressman Franks has seen the way politics as usual is in Washington and how devastating it can be, and I am honored that he believes that I am the leader that can take on Thelda Williams and her Phoenix insider friends."
Congressman Trent Franks joins a growing list of endorsers backing Mr. Frederick in his race including AZ legislators Rick Gray, Michelle Ugenti, and Debbie Lesko. Former mayoral candidate Jennifer Wright and former District 1 City Council candidate Bill Barker have also announced their support. In addition, Arizona Taxpayer Action Committee along with "Friend of the Taxpayer" Thomas Jenney have also endorsed Eric Frederick.
