CAP: Marriage opponents get misleading language in Prop. 201

TAKE ACTION THE CENTER FOR ARIZONA POLICY

ALERT from Cathi Herrod

A few days ago I sent you a message about the urgent situation for
marriage in Arizona. If you responded to that letter, thank you!
If not, please take a moment to read this urgent update.

The next few days may be critical in deciding what marriage looks like in Arizona for generations to come.

During the last couple weeks, our legal team has been involved in a series of court battles over the language that will appear on the November ballot for Prop. 102 - defining marriage as the union of one man and one woman. I'm sorry to report that, despite our best efforts, opponents of Prop. 102 have succeeded in inserting misleading and confusing language.

It's now more important than ever that the resources be available to tell people to vote YES on Prop. 102. Your response today could determine whether we will be able to overcome the biased language.

Will you take a few minutes right now to visit our secure online form to help us secure marriage for Arizona?

Thank you, in advance, for your support.

P.S. Several generous donors have offered a $100,000 Emergency Marriage Grant to help us reach our goal of $224,000 for this campaign. They have agreed to match every contribution up to a total of $100,000. Please take a few minutes right now to make a donation so we can be assured your gift will be doubled.
