Your AZ income tax instructions: brought to you by Governor Napolitano

One of the blogs mentioned that Governor Napolitano is now putting her name on our AZ income tax instructions - because they get mailed to every taxpayer in the state. Her name is on the outside of the instruction booklet, of course, to maximize the chance that people will see it. This is a flagrant abuse of public resources to promote a politician. As Sonoran Alliance observed, what does the state governor have to do with a federal income tax rebate?
