CAP issues results from questionnaire of City of Phoenix candidates

It is disappointing to see how many candidates for City of Phoenix elections declined to respond to the Center for Arizona Policy's questionnaire. 13 out of the 21 candidates running did not fill out the survey. How do know who is really conservative? Kudos to conservative City Council candidates Charlie Ellis, Jim Waring, Eric Frederick and Bill Gates for filling out the survey. Gates appears a little more libertarian on gay issues. The surprise of the survey was mayoral candidate Wes Gullett, who came out as conservative as Ellis and Waring.
