Phoenix Federalist Society
& the University of Advancing Technology
are
teaming up to bring you an engaging and in-depth discussion regarding
the constitutionality of bans on 3D gun printing. Law professor Josh Blackman
believes that these bans violate both the First and Second Amendments,
and will join us to discuss the issue. FBI Special Agent Martin Hellmer
will provide commentary from the perspective of federal law
enforcement, and UAT faculty will also participate. Following the
speakers, there will be time for questions and the opportunity to see a
3D printing demonstration.
General admission is FREE and 1 credit of legal CLE* will be offered for $10.
