Tuesday, May 27th, Trent Humphries filed 710 signatures with the Secretary of State’s office to qualify as a candidate for the state legislature in District 26. Humphries finished gathering signatures in February on Super Tuesday where campaign staff covered most northwest-side polling stations with signature petitions. With the exception of a candidate for state senate in the district, Trent Humphries was the first to complete the process of gathering the required signatures in District 26.
Trent Humphries has been acknowledged in the press as the front-runner in the District 26 House race. He has established himself as the solutions candidate in healthcare, education, public safety, and government spending holding bi-partisan public forums with expert panelists to define the issues.
