Dear Friend, Wow! What a summer! It’s so exciting to see Americans rise up and engage President Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Mitchell as they try to cram down nationalized health insurance on the American public. Of course, I don’t think any of us were surprised that President Obama and his liberal cronies would try something so audacious. With the Democrats controlling the White House and Congress, it was inevitable that they would try to adopt what are effectively socialist policiesthat stand not only to further devastate our economy, but also saddle future generations with a crushing tax burden. I think we can all agree that we won the first stage of this battle. Americans all across the country spoke and now we’ll see if the Democrats listen. Unfortunately, I think we both know the answer to that. Just yesterday, Democrats claimed that there was a “silent majority” out there who supports nationalized healthcare. A “silent majority?” As crazy as it may seem, that’s what they think. And what that means is that the Democrats won’t stop until they get what they want. That’s why I need your help. Because until we sweep the Democrats out of Congress, outrageous liberal policies like nationalize health insurance, government bailouts, and the nationalization of industries won’t stop. They won’t stop raising taxes. They won’t stop pushing their extreme left wing agenda. And they won’t stop until they have the government involved in every aspect of our lives.
