Tonight at 7pm Horizon takes a look at remodeling done by the City of Phoenix to its Department of Tourism. Should be interesting to see how much they spent. The City of Phoenix is facing massive deficits, so discretionary projects like this should have been put on hold. But then again, this is the City of Phoenix - no expense is too great for its leadership.
