|     Now that the election season is kicking into   high gear as the candidates are being finalized, it's time to ask your church   to hold a voter registration campaign. CAP is preparing to help 1,000   churches hold voter drives. |     Nearly all   non-budget action at the state Capitol has ground to a halt as the   legislators try to hammer out an agreement to solve the over $2-billion deficit.   Here are the CAP-supported bills   that are still pending:  
 Please   take a few minutes and pray for our elected officials. Pray for wisdom for   each one and for a consensus to reach an agreement on the state budget.
